The puzzles didn't make me want to pull my hair out! I never stumbled on the answer of a puzzle by randomly combining objects; the only time I had to confront a guide it turned out my game bugged out and I had to restart.

So that aspect is great. I liked the supernatural detective agency feel and the game goes out of it's way to reference lore that makes the world feel fleshed out.
