Noita is a magical action roguelite set in a world where every pixel is physically simulated. Fight, explore, melt, burn, freeze and evaporate your way through the procedurally generated world using spells you've crafted yourself.
So maybe the triple spell effect just isn't bound by the end of the wands 'rotation'. That would mean it just casts the next 3 spells regardless of the slot it is in. So it casts green bounce ball thing plus chainsaw and another double spell which includes another chainsaw. This would exlain the double recharge reduction because the chainsaw is in one rotation 4 times instead of two. Also would explain why it only works that way in certain configurations. Please correct me if this is wrong. So maybe not a bug, just a cool mechanic. You could argue it's a bit unbalanced but do we really need to talk about balance in Noita?

I personally find it so nice and refreshing to have a game where fun and weird stuff happening is the main focus. Some things are bullshit, like enemies angering the gods. But not because that's not balanced but because it isn't fun. Really hope the devs keep expanding on the wackyness and fun stuff and don't swing around the nerf hammer too much.Edit: some spelling. If you are using shuffling wands, then there is no guarantee that it will use the multicast/modifier spell before firing the projectiles. Remember multicast/modifier spells only affects the next projectile/multicast spell.Blue cross of death bolt with trigger - Casts blue cross of death in your position Casts a bolt with trigger that spawns a blue cross of death in a projectile.
So in total you have two casts before the wand recharges.Because the multicast spell does not have any projectiles to pick on its right, it will loop back to the beginning. But if you arrange it like this:bolt with trigger Blue cross of death - Blue cross of death will always spawn on the bolt in one cast.
